CLASS SCHEDULE

Millennium Burn (formerly Hot Iron):
Group Strength class to music that utilizes light weight barbells and emphasizes all major muscle groups. Includes a short abdominal session and stretching.

      Tuesday & Thursday – Noon to 1pm*  5:30 pm to 6:30pm**                                   Saturday – 9:30am to 10:30 am**

Tai Chi:
Sometimes called “swimming in the air,” Tai Chi is a non-impact exercise that develops strength, flexibility and balance through a series of slow, precise movement.

                 Monday  – 4:15pm to 5:15pm*                           Tuesday and Thursday – 7am to 8am*                                            Mark Lord runs a Friday 7am  start drop in class for advanced student cost = $5   

                         

Cardio Kick Boxing:                                
A high energy workout to music that gets your heart going and keeps you on your toes. Non-contact.        

      Monday  – 5:30pm to 6:30pm**   

Cycling:
Take the ride of your life! Group cycling class which accurately replicates the feel of the cycle on the road. Experience hills, flat terrain, and jumps using various sitting and standing positions. Spinning is for everyone, at any age, and any fitness level. It is simple, easy to learn, and a great workout.

Monday - 6am to 7am*, Noon to 1pm*, 5:30 to 6:30pm***             Tuesday - 6am to 7am*

           Wednesday - Noon to 1pm*, 5:30pm to 6:30pm***                   Thursday - 5:30am to 6:30am*

                     Friday – Noon to 1pm*                                    Saturday - 8am to 9am***

Yoga:
Experience what all of the yoga buzz is about. Learn basic asanas (poses), pranayama (conscious breathing practices), and yogic philosophy. Explore the benefits of yoga by experiencing it for yourself.

Monday & Wednesday & Friday - Noon to 1pm*                    Friday is now a $5 drop in class

Sandy’s Boot Camp ($): Tuesday – 5am to 6am
A highly challenging and very intense fast-paced structured workout to improve cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination, muscle strength, agility, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning.

Bosu & Weight Training ($): Wednesday – 5:45am to 6:45am   
The class works YOUR BODY (period).  Check it out!

Zumba ($): Friday– 5:45am to 6:45am   
A fun Latin dance based aerobic workout.  Dance the calories away with Salsa and other easy to learn Latin dances.

·         All classes FREE to members except Sandy’s 5am class($10) held in the upstairs activity room.  Rick’s 5:45 am classes($) See Rick for details on the cost of classes. Mark Lords Friday 7am Tai Chi ($5) & Corey Jones Noon Yoga ($5)

·         No classes on Sunday.
